The construction process included:
Coordination with the electric company and detailed planning of all energy, control, and protection systems, as well as civil engineering.
Execution of all construction works including construction of substation, switching yard, and development works.
Execution of all energy and electrical works: UHV, HV, and LV at the substation
Execution of extra-low-voltage (ELV) systems: Security and communications, SCADA.
Connection of 161 KV substation, entry into utilization, and delivery to the Israel Electric Company.
Operation and maintenance of the site.
