El-Mor Renewable Energy operates one of Israel’s most advanced and extensive O&M divisions, providing end-to-end monitoring, performing preventative and corrective maintenance and optimizing a rapidly growing portfolio of renewable-energy assets. The company oversees more than 1 GWp of solar PV capacity and over 1.5 GWh of energy-storage systems, covering every installation type across the country — from stand-alone BESS facilities and integrated PV+Storage sites, to ground-mounted plants, reservoirs’ floating systems, and commercial rooftops with hybrid storage integration.
To support this operation, dozens of highly trained technicians are deployed nationwide, strategically positioned from the northern region to the southern desert, ensuring rapid response times, proactive maintenance, and uninterrupted operational continuity. Complementing these field teams is a state-of-the-art 24/7 monitoring and dispatch center, which provides real-time system diagnostics, performance analytics, and remote operation of storage assets in collaboration with project owners. This centralized control environment enables precise charge–discharge management, optimized dispatch strategies, and immediate intervention when performance deviations occur.
